I have been coming to the practice all my life and when I suffered severe facial injuries in a fall, there was no question that I wanted Bradley to sort my teeth out! I have had my teeth realigned, a root-canal and a crown fitted. The hospital thought I would lose my front teeth, but Bradley has saved them and they look better than before the accident. Everyone at Smilecraft has been wonderful, making it a pleasure more than a chore. My treatment was largely pain free (The Wand is a wonderful thing) and although not always comfortable, my treatment has been fine and the results outstanding. Bradley and the girls are special people. Thank you!

I have been going to my dentist in Stevenage Old Town for many years. I have always wanted my teeth straightened (mainly the lower teeth) so when I was in the waiting room I noticed Smilecraft advertising the Six Month Smiles Braces.

The work people had done looked so good I enquired about it. Bradley Abrahams (my dentist) talked me through the procedure and cost, I then decided to go for it! When I first had the braces fixed I did wonder what I had done as they did take a little getting used too. But you do!

Mine did take Seven Months as Bradley is a perfectionist but it was definitely worth the extra month as the results are amazing. I am so pleased with the results (only wish I had it done earlier)

I would like to thank Bradley for the care and attention in doing such a good job and to thank his lovely staff for the encouragement they gave me.

Having reached the grand old age of 91 I have attended more than a few dental practices, not always without a feeling of dread!

However, for over 20 years now, I have been looked after by Bradley, and have nothing but praise for him and his staff. The practice offers an extremely professional service and goes out of its way to be accommodating to patient's needs.

I have never felt uncomfortable with procedures and Bradley has always treated me with kindness and respect, explaining each step he is taking with my dental care.

Customer service is excellent and you always feel you have received first class treatment and that you are a valued customer.

The staff are approachable and friendly and work well with Bradley to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. My son is always sent a text message on my behalf to remind me about up and coming appointments, which is a nice personal touch and has proved very helpful.

I couldn't recommend Bradley more highly and thank him, and all his staff, for all their care.

Well after plucking up the courage after not going to the dentist in 10 years I went on a journey with Bradley and his team to have braces fitted wanting that perfect smile.

I was not disappointed in my result, after a long 12 months, and I can't say it was an easy one for me, I have nothing but praise for Bradley and his team for their patience, dedication, professionalism, kindness, skill and above all his passion in his work, giving me my confidence to smile again freely. I feel I have to write this as I have had a fear of the Dentist and have not been able to go for 28 years. I knew I had to make an appointment but 3 times I walked past because I just could not do it, in the end my wife came with me and we made an appointment.

I saw Caroline who took the time to listen to how I felt and then examined me and told me what I had to have done. I had all my treatments done by Caroline who explained everything step by step which helped me keep calm and relaxed.

If there is anyone out there as scared as I was of the Dentist please visit Caroline and her team at Smilecraft, now I have been and had all my treatment and had my teeth cleaned by Janet the hygienist. I cannot believe how good I feel after all the years of being too frightened to go.

I suffered with swelling around my lower face, headaches, sinus pain, sore eyes, loss of hearing and tinnitus, tingling in my arms, problems sleeping at night due to pain which made me feel constantly tired, drained and miserable. This went on for years before I saw Bradley who immediately diagnosed TMD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder) and provided me with advice on various forms of ways it could be helped if not treated. He made me a small temporary mouth guard, which after a week had cleared up all my problems, I then agreed to have the full size lower mouth-guard which was specifically made for my mouth and continues to keep my TMD at bay. He was kind and very gentle and I would recommend his work to anyone.

After a root canal treatment I had done by another dentist my tooth cracked and had to be pulled out. The only solution was a dental implant. Bradley recommended Dr. Zanaboni at Mount Vernon Dental Specialists. Last Thursday I had the crown fitted on the implant as the final step. Everything works absolutely fine and it feels like this new tooth was always there and it looks absolutely natural.The whole treatment was never painful and perfectly coordinated between the two specialists.

I had other treatments done by Bradley like another root canal treatment and everything was done to my full satisfaction.
